Pizza Piou was born from a deep love for cooking and a passion for bringing people together over good food. Being from Haiti, food has always been at the heart of my culture – it’s how we connect, share stories, and build community. After moving to America, pizza quickly became my comfort food.
To me, it’s the most universally loved dish, a true culinary bridge that connects people from all walks of life.
In 2024, I took the leap to teach myself the art of pizza making. I spent countless hours perfecting my dough, knowing that a truly great pizza starts with a perfectly crafted foundation. Dough is the heart and soul of every pie – it sets the stage for every bite and brings the whole experience together.
As I continue to grow on this journey, my mission is simple: to bring joy to others through every slice, to create moments of connection, and to share my love for this beautiful, simple, and endlessly creative food.
