Gabrick Barbeque – Pork Rub

This is a Paprika free Pork BBQ Rub that lends a Central Texas style flavor in every bite. When we cook big meats on our smoker, like a pork butt, we are after a bold, savory bite with a killer bark that has the perfect saltiness, the correct ratio of 16-mesh pepper, a hint of garlic and the ability to caramelize with the fats on the meat so that it forms an irresistible bark.
