The Old Country Brazos is an all welded heavy duty, hand crafted 1/4 inch offset smoker known for its durability and efficiency. The main chamber comes with one 17 3/4 by 35 inch cook grate as well as one 8 by 35 inch upper cooling rack. The firebox includes a 17 3/4 by 16 inch cook grate for an awesome direct flame cooking experience! The firebox lid has a sauce plate mounted on it to keep sauces and side dishes nice and warm. For additional safety, the lids come with stay cool stainless steel handles which are designed to be cool to the touch. This model also comes with large wagon and caster wheels for easy portability.
