In 2020, in the midst of a global shutdown, two out-of-work professional fishermen with tons of time started playing with a 100-year-old family recipe for Worcestershire. The original recipe was handwritten and tattered, ingredients were crossed out and changed for generations. While working on making test batches one night Bear and Burton made a mistake and added way too many Habanero peppers. They might have had a drink or two, that fact is still disputed to this day. The batch was hot! But it also had an amazing pepper taste that complimented the original flavors so much they vowed to make it a separate sauce someday.
