Fabricated here in the Yoder Smokers factory alongside our smokers, this heavy-gauge steel basket was designed for our offsets wood pits to fire up the charcoal for that classic American backyard flavor. Expanded metal construction with rigid steel framework keeps the coals in place throughout the cook and requires zero effort to use; simply place the basket in the firebox and get the flames rolling.
