The 8” Chef Knife is the most versatile blade in the kitchen, built for slicing, dicing, and chopping with ease. Forged in Thiers, France, by a 5th-generation bladesmith, this knife combines the durability of German steel with the razor-sharp precision of Japanese blades.
This blade features an asymmetric double bevel with a 14° primary micro bevel on the front and a 4° polishing bevel on the reverse—resulting in a total cutting angle of just 18°. The result? Twice the sharpness, less maintenance, and effortless cutting power.
Unlike standard knives that dull unevenly, the optimized edge geometry keeps this blade sharper for longer, requiring just a few strokes of a honing rod on the reverse side for maintenance. And even though the blade is asymmetrical, it's been carefully designed to feel intuitive for both right- and left-handed chefs.
Crafted with a full tang, fully forged construction, this knife is finished with a Black ABS or Olive Wood handle, offering enhanced impact resistance, durability, and a secure grip.
